They are solid, reliable, fast business devices. They may show physical signs of use including scratches on the exterior and such but are otherwise in great shape. 

Renewed Devices come with a 1 year on site warranty. 

Upgraded devices are computers that our team adds memory, storage, GPUs and other features to increase performance and capacity but do so at a cost far less than buying the devices with these specs from the factory. 

Upgraded devices allow us to choose quality parts and better value for the price than most factory direct options. 

Upgraded Devices come with an 18 month on site warranty. 

Factory new devices are those which come direct from the manufacturer and delivered as is.  

Factory new devices are typically the most costly options but also may include the newest bells and whistles. 

Factory new devices come with an 18 month on site warranty. 

Custom built devices are ones that our team builds typically from scratch. 

This is a great option for high end Gaming, AI, Engineering, Video editing computers. 

We can also custom build IoT devices, services and dedicated task devices.
